I once was a man
that spoke all too soon
My vocal reactions
brought many their doom

I whispered their names
to angels of sin
Sweeping over lands
for they and their kin

I once followed you
to stop tragic fate
But angels came first
this time I was late

See fables are scary
and no one believes you
But summers I’ve spent
watching angels do evil

See angels are born
with a darker intention
To force earthly dreamers
onto god’s set direction

I once was a white steed
that swam through the meadows
My spirit was nature
infused with dark shadows

At someone’s last breathe
there was I by their side
Their spirit would exit
and hop on for a ride

We’d travel through memories
the spirit knew well
At end the path darkened
as we rode into hell

See fables are scary
and no one believes you
But summers I’ve spent
watching angels do evil

See angels are born
with a darker intention
To force earthly dreamers
onto god’s set direction

I once was a falcon
that cut through the skies
But sharper my eyesight
that saw through the lies

My vision was time whole
my goal shifting dimensions
With slightest of motions
great change my intentions

I transform the earth
while angels pursue me
I watch and protect those
with truth in their journey

See fables are fables
And angels are angels

Find truth that’s within you
The rest is the danger

See fables are fables
And angels are angels

Find truth that’s within you
The rest is the danger
